BLIND HOPE is when you stick your head in the sand, stay in your comfort zone and desperately hold on to the idea that if you just keep doing what you are doing and do it harder, longer and more frequently that everything will be ok.

Blind hope is when you think you can control everything and try to micromanage your way to a solution or believe that someone or something is going to rescue you and it then will all be ok.

Blind Hope is when you think the situation will all blow over and then you will be able to get back to ‘normal’ or you’re unwilling or unable to do something uncomfortable, challenging or different.

Blind Hope is when you think the only person who can solve this is you or you feel the need to be seen to be ‘Right’.

CONSCIOUS HOPE is very different.

It is an approach to leadership based on integrity, compassion and courage.
