You will be supported throughout the Enlightened Leadership Programme by your Leadership Facilitator. These 1:1 sessions comprise of a pre-course Induction Session, monthly Progress Sessions and a Post Course Session. The Leadership Facilitators bring a wealth of experience and an opportunity for you to explore the challenges you face in a safe space. They will provide challenge and support throughout your Enlightened Leadership Journey.
